I recently moved to the city with my little tot in tow. How does everyone else manage the experiences of taking the stroller in the subway? Babies in tiny restaurant spaces? Etc? Would anybody prefer suburbia?
How does everyone else manage the experiences of taking the stroller in the subway? - I haven't done this yet as my LO is too young, IMO. Once he gets bigger, I may use the carrier or just take the bus which is much better.
Babies in tiny restaurant spaces? Etc? - Avoid the tiny restaurants, it's not worth it. Call ahead and ask if they allow strollers, there is one restaurant in my neighborhood that wont even let strollers in the restaurant area and others that are totally accomodating. It's really hit or miss.
Would anybody prefer suburbia? - Yes, sometimes, but I dont want to sacrifice 2+ hours per day with my husband due to commuting. I also like how convenient everything in the city is.
