My 3 month old is pooping like crazy!!!!

He is formula fed similac advanced.  The last couple of days he has being pooping ALL day!  No fever, but drooling machine for several weeks now and can't keep his hands out of his mouth.  From your experiences do you think its a teething issue or formula issue? Is he to young to be teething already?

hes not teething either and it seems like a lot of women are saying that their LO are also obsessed with puttig their hand in their mouths
