I am adding ked1068 even if she doesn?t come back and add herself!  Ked used to run this check-in and has been through a lot.  I hope the next step in her journey is successful!

Update: I had my NT scan on Friday and while we are still waiting for the combined results, the nuchal fold measured 1.5 which is a good sign.  Things seem to be going along well but I still don't really believe it.  I told my brother I was pregnant on Sunday night and it felt odd to say out loud!

Update on me: Just hoping to get through my beta tomorrow with good news. This whole process has felt so surreal!

floridakat - congrats on the positive HPTs!

Update: My FET was yesterday. We thawed and transferred 2 of our 3 6-day embryos. RE said they thawed "beautifully" and my uterus looked good. Everything went well last time too though so I'm finding it hard to get too excited. My beta isn't until February 1st. What is that? The equivalent of 20 DPO? Once again an evil wait! Last time I blamed the late beta on the Thanksgiving holiday, this time I've decided it's just torture.

I can't think of any good questions for future check-ins, but if I come up with something, I'll let ya know!

Congrats and good luck to everyone!

We have selected our donor from my RE's frozen egg bank, and I start Lupron next Wed the 27th. The egg bank guarantees two good quality embryos to transfer between Day 3 and Day 5.  They will thaw four (or more if needed) and we will get to keep any embryos left over.  I feel lucky not to have to go through a fresh cycle, although there are definitely some disadvantages (complete anonymity, don't get all eggs from the donor, etc.).

I will be having some bloodwork and a endometrial scratch biopsy next week also.  Has anyone ever had one of these biopsies?  I'm reading that they hurt!

Awww...I'm so excited to see my name back in this group!  THANK YOU!!!  We're rather excited about our next move.  Don't know exactly when it'll be, but I'm excited about making the calls for agencies to work with for the adoption of the embryos and then setting up the homestudy.
