BCP and TTC vent

This was going to be my last cycle on BCP and we are going to start TTC#2.  I have PCOS, so I'm hoping we get lucky again during my first few cycles off the pill that are fairly regular (30 days vs. 45), but I had a stomach bug last week that apparently has thrown off my cycle.  I'm still taking my last pack of pills (per my doctor), but I'm hoping that I will get those 3 or so cycles of being regular.  If I was younger, I probandbly would do an extra month of pills, but I just don't want to wait any longer!

Just wanted to vent.  I've always been very good about taking my pills, so I've never had an issue like this, and the timing couldn't have been worse!

I'm sorry for your frustrations.  It's tough to worry about missing a window of opportunity.  I had my first PP AF last month and am wondering if it will be consistent the first few cycles or if I'll go back to my PCOS symptoms of no ovulation, no AF, nothing   I hope regularity for the both of us!
