Is there a 30DS check-in?

If so, can someone point me in that direction?

I have the webpage bookmarked but I didn't really see anyone *talking* about anything.

I did 30ds and WW for about 5 weeks after having DD but didn't lose anything. I think I was starving myself because nothing was budging. I am trying again and this time I am being more lax. I am watching what I am eating but not counting calories. Just trying to eat healthy and stay active. 

I hope it works!!! I'm not gaining weight - thank goodness but I'm not *losing* anything at this point either. 

How are you ladies doing with it and your diets?? Any tips?? What do you eat/snack on during the day??

ISAH. so afternoons are hard for me when the LO's are napping. I find myself snacking in the kitchen. I'm trying hard to stop that!

    - Diet is going great. I'm using Jillian's Making the cut book and the food is delicious and I LOVE cooking now. I snack on pistachios, almonds, cashews etc. I also snack on apples and wheat crackers with natural peanut butter. I try to eat wraps, rather than sandwiches, with leafy greens and instead of mayo, fat free cream cheese. Lean meats and low sodium on everything.

    I'm not sure how the weight loss is going. I busted my knee and had to back off on the exercise, and I'm afraid to weigh.

  • Breakfast is usually a packet of instant oatmeal or a egg/turkey bacon/English muffin. I keep those small cups of sugar free applesauce, pudding and jello in my drawer at work (habit from my GD days) and some days I bring a ziploc with baby carrots or a few crackers for a snack. I try to bring my lunch to work - usually some form of leftovers or a soup cup and PB sandwich. As far as supper, we eat a lot of chicken, roast beef and ground beef/turkey. DH isn't a big veggie fan, so I make some sort of frozen veggie for myself. On the weekend when I'm home and bored and want to eat, I do things that take my mind off of it - brush my teeth, paint my nails, drink lots of ice water.

    AppleMomma I need to BM your blog! I keep forgetting, then I can never find it, lol. 

    I'm off to get some water - thanks for the reminder. I hate water though, so I've been alternating with calorie free Sobe's - love those things =D

    I should Shred too as DS just went upstairs..........ahhhh, I don't wanna!!!! LOL.
