One more question about making baby food

Ok so I posted yesterday and gots lots of great advice about making baby food.  I was off today and got busy making it.  It was super easy and I put it in ice cube trays to freeze around 3:00 and its still not completely frozen.  How long does it take?  I want to put it in ziploc bags for storage and trying to get ready for sitter tommorow and its taking forever!

I usually let them sit in ice cube trays over night that way I know they're complely frozen.
