neighbors dog

Stupid neighbor left again with his dog outside, he's been barking for two hours!  If I could leave my house I would put him in as I have done in the past but DH is at work and DS is asleep.  Sometimes he comes to my door and I let him in but the barking is driving me crazy!!!
