PSA: if you're going to do IVF, buy maternity pants!

i bought some maternity pants before doing IVF and they are so saving my life right now with my huge, bloated, sore tummy. i stay in my pajama pants when i can, but sometimes if i'm going somewhere i need to be in regular pants, and i would be in so much pain if i didn't have maternity pants with soft stretchy tummy areas.

you can get them really cheap on e-bay, especially if you don't mind buying pre-worn stuff. i highly recommend it!

    I got yoga pants. Maternity pants would taunt me!

    Really fat pants (like 2 sizes bigger than normal) work well too.  And bella bands.

    While it may be helpful for some, I don't think it is 100% necessary - especially for low responders.

    I was okay until the nighttime. For some reason I was more bloated at night. I got away with my normal pants at work and yoga/pajama pants at home.

    This is great advice. I was tortured with bloat from my iui's so I cant even imagine what my body will do during my first IVF. GL!

    I would say buy comfy pants - pants bigger than your normal size for sure - be comfortable - but I would not get maternity pants but you never know what will happen.

    This!  My sister had a Bella Band from her pgs that she gave me during one of my IVF cycles.  Total lifesaver.
