This whole weight loss thing sucks. I have lost almost 3 pounds and 1.5" in two weeks - that is with a daily workout and (my best for now) dieting. WTH! I am feeling super discouraged about the whole thing. Maybe I am expecting major results too fast, but I feel like my body just hates me.
Somebody tell me it will get better.

I agree with this - you are doing great and right on track! I weigh myself once a week. I have found that when I eat better and exercise more I don't see the results immediately, it usually takes a week or two. GL - you are doing great - don't get discouraged! Slow & steady is the way to do it!
Thanks guys. I think I need to be more realistic/patient...today was just the first day I wanted to quit. Not just the "I don't want to do this today" I mean flat out I'll just be fat for the rest of my life quit.
