Anyone still struggling with baby acne >4mths?

DS still has a good amount of acne. I freakin'hate it. I know that is vain, but I do.

We went to the Dr, and he gave us Bactoban, that seems to be working- it's been 3 days.

Anyone one else have experience with this? I am really hoping this will help.

(FWIW, we tried Cetaphil, chemical free detergent,Breastmilk,and Aveeno baby wash- none worked)
