talk with me about thrush.  I have something weird going on with one nipple and just curious if this is what it is.

My CNM thinks my baby has it because one side is sooooo painful.  LO has a white coating on her tongue that I just thought was milk, but can apparently be thrush.  We are treating it with diflucan for me and nystatin for her.
