I hate when you read a news story

and you can't get it out of your head. I am seriously so disturbed and nauseous, and I can't stop thinking about it. I wish I hadn't read it. I sometimes wish that I didn't care so much about people I don't know.

Yes, I saw that, but it wasn't that one. It was far, far worse I literally cried and almost threw up reading it, and DH almost threw up as well.
