Does your child favor a sippy brand?

So when we first started the transition from bottles to sippys, it took about 5 different brands until I found a sippy that DS was willing to accept. Now being sippy only for over 3 months, he will not drink from any other sippy except born free. It is so annoying and discouraging. I offer him playtex, avent, munchin, nuby, ect and he will ONLY drink from the born free. Is it bad to be this brand loyal? Shouldn't he be okay with all sippys by now?

    not if thats the only brand he will take.  my ds hates all sippys equally so maybe i need to try this one

    DD like the hard spout on the safe sippy.

    she will use other ones, but drinks more with the safe sippy

    DD will only drink milk from the Nuby soft spout cups. Water she'll drink from any ol' sippy/cup/whatever.. but milk has to be in the Nuby. It's her little comfort thing.

    When we first started out it was the nuby soft spouts. Then we graduated to Playtex hard spouts and now as long as it is a sippy with anything but a soft spout she is happy.

    It doesn't matter what the liquid is. He will only drink from born free, but it can be the hard or softer spout. I don't get it.

    like pp, my ds will only drink milk from the nuby soft spout sippys.  He'll drink water from the nuby or the avent sippy.  I'm hoping as he gets older he will not be so picky.  Right now, he is just picking up that you have to suck on the spout to get anything out of the cup.

    We're stuck w/ born free too.  I feel your pain, those suckers have lot of pieces and are pricey!  We can occasionally get away w/ a different one, but she def prefers the born free!
