For the life of me, I cannot remember when we were rid of the bottle with our other 3 kids. I know it was between 12-18 mos. Just wondering what the "average" is.
We went cold turkey at 14 months. Our pedi recommended we do it before 15 months and I wanted to wait until we got back from our vacation so we did it at 14 months.

At about 9 months old. When I went back to work and stopped EBFing, DS would only drink from sippy cups and no bottles so he phased them out himself! We stopped doing milk before bed at about 11.5 months (from sippy and BF).
Re: At what age did you phase out the bottle?
he was off it completely by 13 mo

DS was off by 13 months. He was breast fed until 12 months then weaned by 13 months so he didnt get the bottle that long.
DS was off all but his bedtime bottle by 14 months. We eliminated that last one between 16 and 17 months.
