I haven't tried it, but all the research I have done and my doctor told me it is the best. There is a book that I want to get called The Low GI Diet. I'm sure it's totally doable on WW.
I did when I was trying to conceive. I did the low glycemic diet combined with Metformin and it worked.
Between babies (while not actively trying) I use a similar diet. I really watch my sugar and processed carb intake because it affects my weight gain easily. i also do a bit of the South Beach Diet.
I don't have PCOS, but I follow a low carb way of eating. Feel free to page me if you need support! I feel so much better when eating this way and have so much more energy (plus I've lost 22 lbs since the middle of August when I started).
