I haven't made these in a while, but a poster on the Cooking Board reminded me of these.  

I usually just use a bagged coleslaw and matchstick carrots then add in the other stuff.  If I am running short on time I just use Kraft's Asian Sesame dressing instead of making my own.  But the coleslaw is amazing to make from scratch.
