What scandanavian names do you like? I have always liked scandanavian names. DH is not a fan.

Johann (would always be mispronounced)

Hans

Sven / Svensen

Christian

Erik (I fear people wouldn't realize that's the traditional Scandinavian spelling and think I was trying to be cre8v )

Aren/Arron (again with the creative spelling!)

Andersen (but a close friend has a son named Anderson)

Jens/Jensen (mispronounced)

Niels/Nielsen (mispelled)

Seems like there's more, but that's all I can think of at the moment.  My dad's side of the family is Danish, but MH is Asian, so I also don't want a name that totally clashes with his last name.  If he had my last name I'd be a lot more comfortable with a strong ethnic first name because it would at least match his surname.  We're having a tough time coming up with something we both like!
