Is it Mother's Milk or Mother's Thistle that is supposed to be super effective w/ Fenugreek?

After spending most of the weekend crying because of my decreasing milk supply, I decided that I'm going to look into this alternative! I'm going to the store today to buy the Fenugreek, and wanted to get the other stuff too but can't remember which it is. I know I've read a string of posts about this, but couldn't find them again. I appreciate the help! Wish me luck with attempting to raise my milk supply!! XOXO

Blessed thistle!  But drinking Mother's Milk tea won't hurt either!  Good luck!!

What is blessed thistle and where do you find it? And where do you find fenugreek?
