Mobile - where to hang it?

I ordered some small stuffed owls from etsy.com and plan to make a mobile with it. Should I hang this over the crib, the changing table, or the glider? I will be a first time mom, so I'm not sure where it would be best suited. TIA!

ours is hung to the side of the crib, so she can see it from the crib or the glider. But we also have the regular kids on the crib (other side), and a shelf over the changing table with animals hanging from it.

i would hang it on the side of the crib, so the baby can look up and see it
