fell down the stairs...went to LD...all is good

so I woke up from a nap, went down to the kitchen to get a banana... slipped and fell all the way to the bottom... I dont know how, but I lost my balance and rather than falling on my asset. I fell and did a summersault. weirdest thing,.. I started having pain and contractions so I went into LD

They checked everything kept me for 6 hours... and the baby finally relaxed. He was at 187-190 heart beats when they should be at 145.

Poor thing was so scared. he is fine.

I am fine.. gonna be more careful walking.
