I read that your breastmilk amounts eventually level off. So eventually DC is not necessarily getting more oz, but the caloric/nutritional content of the milk has changed to suit their changing needs. True???? (The most my DD will take from the bottle when I pump is 3.5 oz)
Just wondering....
(I think we all know how one obsesses over breastmilk quanities)
Re: Amount (oz) of breastmilk levels off???
I was wondering this too as DS now drinks 4 oz. What happens after 6 months?
Also, what happens if you produce too much?

BFed babies do not continue to increase their intake like FF babies. After 6 months, their intake will begin to decrease as solids slowly become more of their diet.
