Sleepy baby...

Hi! Just had my little guy on Friday and he is just sooooooo sleepy all the time. It makes it very difficult to get him to latch on. We can get him to wake up with a diaper change or something but within a minute he is right back to sleep. He never wakes us up to eat we always have to wake him. BTW my milk is in so there is plenty to eat. Any suggestions/help.

I had this problem for the first 10 days or so.  Definitely change diaper between breasts, undress baby, gently scratch/tickle skin while feeding, wipe with wet washcloths, gently blow air at baby.  He'll wake up sooner or later!  Keep at it!
