OB & Ped recommendations

I'm moving to Cape Coral late in my pregnancy, unfortunately it's just how it's worked out. Does anyone have any OB recommendations for the Cape Coral area? I will be living very close to Cape Coral Hospital but want to go to Health Park.

TIA

Re: OB & Ped recommendations

  • Do not, I repeat DO NOT, go to health park. Sure the hospital looks great, but the maternity rooms are tiny and costly! I delivered at Cape Coral hospital, I live 5 minutes away. I had my own suite, every room is a suite, jet tub!, huge sofa for SO, great nurses, excellent expreience! Also, Physician's Primary Care is a great group for an OB and a pediatrician. My OB is Dr. Cowdin - he delivered 9 children in my family! and is wonderful! DD's pedi is Dr. D'Allesandro and we are new with her, but she is great too. She has a great personality and the office nurses and very nice, wait time is very short. The PPC (physicians primary care) office is off of Viscaya Parkway, which is less than 2 minutes from the Cape Coral Hospital.

Good luck with the rest of your pg and being new parents! If you have any more questions, about the area or about being new parents, feel free to email me. JessKinn2387@gmail.com. Maybe a play date will be in our future too?!?! Big Smile
