I think that would confuse people...I would register for gender neutral stuff...and maybe after the baby comes add gender specific stuff for the people that want to get you a gift after the baby arrives.
Nope. All neutral. Some of the people who've seen my registry have argued that I must think I'm having a boy because there's a lot of blue stuff, but it wasn't intentional. The "stuff" in question are things like the playmat (I got an ocean-themed one, so blue makes sense, right?) and a soother (again, ocean-themed). And, at the end of the day I justify some of my decisions by saying that you can give a girl blue, but it's tough to give a boy pink without raising a few eyebrows.
We registered for all gender neutral stuff. Some people have asked if we know we are having a boy because I guess some of it is more boyish. Our carseat is light blue, but it's not overly boyish and I don't think carseat color matters. My diaper bag is aqua & brown, which some people have also questioned, but I think it's pretty and it's just a bag. I think it's normal for gender neutral stuff to look more boyish than girlish just because girls can wear all colors and most people don't put boys in pink & purple.
It took 3 1/2 long years, but we finally got our little miracle!
IVF #1 - BFP (6dt)
Unassisted Pregnancy #2 - lost at 15w6d due to T21, severe heart defects, and fetal hydrops
I didn't register for clothes at all. I had a shower this past weekend and got lots of gender-neutral onesies, sleep gowns, etc. As for the other "stuff" we registered for a gender-netural car seat, pack and play, high chair, etc. so that we can use the items for subsequent kids.

No. I generally dislike gender-stereotyped things, so there's no way I'd register for them.
I have a some classically "boy" colored items on my registry (lots of blue and green), but oh well. I like blue and I'm a girl.
