Suggestions?

Cramping last thursday/friday, then Saturday I start with sore heavy boobs. Not in a PMS heavy way either. And they are huge.

TMI ahead-

They hurt when DH touched them....Is there anything I can do besides tylenol to help the pain?

And is this a good sign?

When is AF due? I had really sore boobs like that, but it wasn't until after my BFP, which was at almost 6 weeks.

Next monday, and I never get boobs this sore with AF. That's why I'm wondering...either way, i'm good, I just wanted to know how the heck to make them stop throbbing.

You could take a warm shower and massage them....but as for medication, I would avoid all in case you are pregnant.

I have heard some people suggest ice packs. I don't have this problem at all I was so happy to have boobs I would accept any pain that came with it.

I didn't do anything, other than keep my bra on as much as possible. When I took it off - holy cow! I think Tylenol would be fine if there's no other way to get relief.

Sore boobs beyond normal PMS cup enlargement was my FIRST sign of being preg. I didn't do anything for them though- just wore a sports bra or tank with built in bra to bed to keep them in place. Oh- and I forbid DH from touching.

I never thought I got sore boobs w. pms until I started really paying attn to my cycle before we ttc'ed. It's just something I never noticed. However once I was pg (before I knew) DH kinda lightly pinched my nip when we were goofing around/wrestling and it hurt so bad I sobbed (and flipped out on him and bit him- hey, whats up hormones?)
