My DD is 25 months and wants to do everything by herself. "All by myself" she says or "No help!" when it comes to getting in the bath or even in her carseat (of course I do the buckling)! She gets so proud of all her accomplishments. My little girl is growing up! Anyone elses LO not wanting Mommy to help as much?

This is D exactly. Everything is No MAMA! I do it. She is a very independent little girl, I love it though! So cute.

This is DD exactly.  Last night I took off her sock and she put it back on so she could take it off by herself!

Yep!  "No!  I do it myseff" is the common mantra.  And she gets angry if you try to help.  I just have to remember to sit back and let her try.  Which is a bit frustrating when we have to go somewhere.

"No, Mama, I do it,"  or "I wanna do it," are very common phrases around here.

This is the subject of many tantrums and tears in our house! I'm glad I rarely have to be anywhere at a specific time, because DD definitely prefers to do things by herself.
