How long does it take to notice the effect of More Milk Plus

My supply has tanked, I went from getting 7oz per session to less than 1 (within just a few days). I thought it was because I was menstruating, but low and behold AF never came (I POAS and it was a BFN).  Since AF never arrived I cant blame it on menstruating, so I went out and bought some More Milk Plus in the liquid form  I am only on my second day of taking it, but have had to resort to supplementing with formula for the first time ever.

If you have taken More Milk Plus, how long did it take after starting it did you notice your output increase?  My freezer stash is dwindling (I am mixing it with the formula) and I need to figure out what i am going to do if this doesn't work.

    I am having the same issues.  And I honestly don't even have a freezer stash. My LO has already went through it all and then some and I can't seem to pump enough anymore to get him through the day at daycare plus I go on my lunch to nurse him! UGH! What is More Milk Plus and where can I get some. I've tried lactaction cookies, fenugreek, tea....its very frustrating. Thanks.

    everyone is different, but usually within a week you should notice a change if your body takes to it........

    Im going to try domperidone to help boost supply, you can get an rx for it or order it online....its a bit more intense than the over the counter stuff and IS fda approved to boost supply

    More Milk Plus can be bought at a health foods store, their website has a store locator:  https://www.motherlove.com/product_more_milk_plus.php

    It is a combination of Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle and other herbs.  I am using the liquid form.  i really hope this works, I am NOT ready to give up on BFing yet.
