Could this be BH contractions?

BH feel like when you do a sit up and hold it, and your stomach is hard...

I was just about to write about the same thing! I woke up last night around 3 with what felt like a stomachache.  I felt my bump and it was hard as a rock!  I'm thinking it was BH since it only happened once and it lasted about 30 seconds.  Is your bump really hard?  How often is it happening?

Sounds like a BH to me. I get them a few times a day. One tip my Dr. told me the other day is empty your bladder after having one, and see if they come back. Also keep hydrated as dehydration can cause them.
