One of my best friends and her husband were going through the process to become adoptive parents and this past Thursday, they got a call saying that there were twin preemie girls who needed a home! They hadn't even officially been approved for adoption so needless to say, they are not ready at all! I know that there are companies that offer certain deals and discounts for parents of multiples, so if you know of any, would you mind sharing so I can pass along the info? Thank you so much!
Re: xp: please recommend your "multiples" resources!
I have this link that lists freebies for MoMs but I never tried it...

Oooh, how exciting for your friend!!!
I strongly suggest she join her local Mothers of Twins club. She can find her chapter here: https://www.nomotc.org/index.php?option=com_clubsearch&Itemid=43
If she joins the club, she'll most likely get an outpouring of support from moms near her, from advice to hot meals brought to her house. My local club matches newborn parents with parents of older twins who have been through similar circumstances, which is invaluable in the early days!
