NBR: AW...I'm so excited!

Me and Wes have been discussing since before Aubrey was born a good time to put our house on the market and buy our forever home...

We know we want to stay in the Madison area...so a couple of weeks ago we were out driving around in Monrovia and we went in a few neighborhoods and looked at some model homes and such.

Well I think we have found our forever home and so we have made the time line to put our current house on the market in Jan 2011 and when we sell it, sign the contract to build our house...we will just live in an apartment while it is being built and rent a storage building.  I feel better about building if I know this house is sold first.  The good news is that we can go ahead and purchase the lot so we are looking at doing that in a couple of months!  

I am so excited!  Thanks for letting me AW :)

    Congrats! That's awesome! We always said that our true "forever home" would have to be one we built ourselves...so exciting!
