I'm not sure if there is a c-section ticker per say, but you could just change the ticker due date to your c-section date.

I used a lilypie adoption ticker and just changed the text and put in c-section date.

I was wondering that too...I was just going to set a ticker for it..but the bump tickers weren't uploading yesterday
