Who's on your call list?

I'm in the process of making up a list of people for DH to call after the birth and I'm curious who you ladies are putting on your call list? Are you calling aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.? Or should I just stick to a few immediate family members and close friends? Will you ask your mom or MIL to make some calls?

We'll call our parents and siblings and ask them to spread the word. And later post on FB.

My DH will call parents/grandparents (if they haven't made it to the waiting room yet), our siblings, a few other family members that we are close to (his aunt and cousin), and a few of our best friends. As for extended family we will rely on our parents to call.

Our list is pretty short: My parents, his parents, and our best couple friends.

The word will spread quickly after that... DH can update Facebook if/when he wants.

My parents will be called very first--they'll have my DD and she gets to be the first person to meet the baby. Next will be DH's dad and step-mom. My best friends will be allowed up while I'm in labor so if they're not there, they'll be called/texted. From there, DH can call his mom if he wants, his best friends, and anyone else. My parents can call whoever they want. We'll also post on FB.

my parents will have dd so they will get the first call, then my IL's. I will just send a text to my close friends and call them later on

Both DH and my mom have a list. The "in labor" list is just my parents, his parents and our siblings. The "he's arrived" list is those same people (who may already be at the hospital) plus a few close aunts and uncles and friends. That's it. My parents and his parents will make calls to more distant family members and we are leaving that up to them.
