I griped about this earlier but just wanted to reiterate how much this company blows. I ordered an item and some how there are two charges on my card because the order would not submit correctly the first time and it told me to try again which I DID and got SCREWED. And because of their policy I'm just sh*t out of luck and they made sure to rub it in my face. I e-mailed them to try -to fix it and all I've gotten are RUDE RUDE e-mails back. They have sh*tty customer service and I will not use them agian and will try to fight it with my Discover card.  GRRR

YES!! Call your cc company and tell them to NOT pay it!!! It is a duplicate charge.

Did you try to get to the top with that company??? I would also file a complaint with BBB and whoever else you can get the word out too.

So they're just flat out not giving you your money back?  Wow!  I've ordered from babysteals.com twice and they're awesome, and they seem to have better stuff.

Wow ... that doesn't sound like them at all.    I've ordered from Mamabargains twice now and had terrific experiences (and got great products) both times.  I'm sorry your not having the same luck.  I'd be pissed too.
