DH goes to meet with chief of Police today for a job! He has always wanted to be a police officer. When he got out of active duty with the Marines 3 years ago he took the civil service test. He has been on the waiting list since. I am so happy for him, if everything goes as planned he could become a local police officer within a year!

FI has been trying to get into the state police - its super hard. hes going on mondy to take an LCB test tho so lets hope he gets that!

Thats awesome!! Good luck to him too!! I work at a bank and all the local police come in and I just asked one of them about it and they already knew he was going in for an interview. (I live in a town where everyone knows everyones business) So things look good!

oh, i know how that goes. how about, FI cant get hired here in jessup (he was born and raised here, his uncle AND cousin work for the JPD AND his cousin is the mayor and they still wont hire him) whatever, bc it would only be PT hours and its like 9/hr forget that.
