I made record timing this morning.

The boys woke up at 5:30 this morning and DH brought them to our bed. DH gets up to get ready for work at 5:30 so it was no big deal, we were gonna snuggle for a few minutes before we got up to get ready. Well, all 3 of us fell back asleep. I woke up at 7:00! I scurried to get ready, finish packing their bag, let the dog out, load up the car, change them, buddle them up, yadda yadda. Somehow I dropped the boys off, got yogurt at McDonalds and was sitting at my desk at 8:03. Oh how I love living close to work.

    Ok, how exactly did you do this????  I can't get ONE of my boys dressed in less than 10 minutes (dang that rolling over thing).

    Today was an anomaly. It normally takes me 2 hours easy. They were laughing at me cause I was flying around the house like Speedy Gonzales. :)

    Pssst... When they wake at 4:30 I get them dressed minus socks.  Then when they get up again at 6:15 I just need to put on socks and coats and out the door they go.

    Now that sounds more like a MoM!  I'm up at 5 am every day and lucky to be out of the house by 6:45 (my goal), usually closer to 7!
