till i am back to being a pastry chef.. the sale of our restaurant went through.. we break ground on february 1st for major remodel doing little stuff now.. my SO is so excited. he and his friend are opening the place together.. I hate serving tables, it served its purpose and has allowed me to be home with C but i am ready to be back in the kitchen doing what i love.

one of my dreams is to go back to school to be a pastry chef! How exciting to get to do that!
