Friday's milk

Do you keep it in the frig for Mon or do you rotate it through your freezer stash?  I find that the milk takes so long to thaw and I would really like to be able to take it to the DCP in the bottle and ready for them, but I know I should probably rotate it through my freezer stash.

Freshly expressed milk is good in the refrigerator for like 5 or 7 days I think.  I've never used it after 2-3 days though without freezing it.  Also, if you freeze in bags they tend to thaw better/faster in a container of room temp water.

I send Friday's milk to daycare with DS on Mondays.  Fresh milk is always preferable.
