Does sephora do makeovers?

Or do you know of a makeup counter (Clinique, etc) that does?  Anyone do them for free?  My makeup looks like crap.  I read about how to do it better but I can't seem to get it right.  I think I need someone to show me.

Yes, Sephora does makeovers and I believe I have had it done at Clinique. I love Sephora!

I've seen them done in Sephora, I had mine done at Clinique right before my wedding.  (I didn't pay)
