how much did you pump in the early days?

So baby is almost 3 weeks and due to tongue tie and severe nipple damage, we are on a nursing hiatus until my nipples heal. 

Anyways, I am EPing and am concerned about my supply.  I never had supply issues with my first son who I EPed for so I am feeling pretty anxious.  I get about 4oz every 3 hours or so, but little one is eating like crazy and all my surplus supply is gone.  The LC said that he should eat about 2.5oz every 3 hours or so, but he is eating way more and I feel like I just can't keep up.  I went out and bought fenugreek and hopefully that will help. 

So the short of it is 3/4oz normal at this stage because I used to pump alot more than that with DS1 (2oz per hour) but do remember that in the begining I did not pump as much.  Will my supply increase on its own or am I going to need to do more to increase it?  Is 1oz an hour normal?

I would get about 2.5-3 oz every three hours in the first month or so.... but that is all my DS wanted so it worked out well.
