NIFR: Getting a headache from smoke gouda...

I had green apples and smoked Gouda cheese for late lunch today, and now my head's hurting.. it almost feels like a migraine is coming along.... ugh, this bites!!!!

    Sorry about the migraine.  If you suffer from migraines it is entirely possible that some ingredient used in the smoking process was the trigger.  Hope you're feeling better soon.

    Some smoked gouda is flavored with liquid smoke which sometimes contains MSG and can be a headache or migraine trigger.

    I hope the pain stops!
