Urrg DH

So I love my DH to death and i normally love when he has a day off... but today not so much! I just started going back to school and it is all online, and i have quite a bit due on friday so regardless if he was home or not i had to get stuff done. And I foolishly thought maybe because he was home, he could take care of DS for me. nope! grr. he has just watched TV which on most days wouldnt bug me but today i am letting it get to me. At least he made lunch. ok vent over. had to get it off my chest....

Re: Urrg DH

  • I find that annoying.

I would of just brought your DS to your DH.  That's what I do.

sometimes guys need to be told verbatim what you need them to do. i'd just hand the baby to him and say "i need to do my homework, you are on baby duty", but say it nicely.

BTW, that hooters pic is definitely one for the baby book. LOL. your son will feel like a stud when he sees that in 15 years or so.

Oh i know. DS fell asleep so then it wasnt a big deal but i was still annoyed.

And I love that picture. We told our waitress we wanted a picture and she got all the girls together, we have three different pictures plus when she heard i scrapbook she gave me hooters stickers and a napkin with "drews first hooters trip- Boise" on it!

Did you say, "Honey, i need to get some homework done.  Can you watch DS for me for a few hours?  i'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!"?  Or did you just expect him to volunteer?

I nicely asked and he did... for half and hour and then handed him back. oh well... we are both still reajusting to me in school again. I think it will just take time for him to learn!
