Any cute & easy baby shower decor ideas?

My best friends shower is comming up and just looking for some fun ideas. We are going to do the clothes line, diaper cakes, have blocks on the tables that spell out his name, etc, balloons. Any other ideas on something that we can do that is cute?

The Martha Stewart tissue paper pom poms are really cute, inexpensive, and easy.  You can google how to make them.

My best friend is due in March.  We are having her shower at a freinds house. The colors are Green and yellow. I don't want to get corny with the decorations so I am choosing fresh flowers, lemons and limes, white table cloths, black and white photos of the couple, I got a banner made at buildasign.com, some balloons and votives with tealights.  I really didn't want to get cheesy and do baby bottles and storks everywhere.

You can pea in a pod theme! if you need help with favors, I own my own truffle business and make really adorable peas in pod truffle favors.
