Tingling Nips...NOT Mastitis?

Is it possible to just have tingling nipples occasionally and for it to NOT be mastitis or a similar problem? Could it just be a sporadic thing but everything still be okay?

do they change colour?  It could be vasospasm, which is only an issue if t hurts.
