Toddlers: 24 Months+

s/o toddler eating

Olivia has long been able to open the pantry door and get her applesauce cups from the shelves.

But now she has found the cracker boxes and opens them and eats them without even asking us!

Kinda tickled about her independence.  Not so much on her ravenous desire for Triscuits.

  • Our pantry has a full size door on it, so we had to put one of those childproof handles over the door knob b/c Cole was in it constantly.

The problem now?  He can open the refrigerator!  I don't know what to do about that.  He can open the fridge, open the deli drawer, get out a piece of cheese (sliced or string), close the drawer and fridge door, and open the cheese!  He does the same with yogurt.

I figure if he's going through all of that trouble, he must be hungry enough to give him something.  :)
