I have been off work for the last two weeks and pumped occasionally for cereal and for the odd bottle. I noticed I wasn't getting very much, but attributed it to having just fed DD. Today I'm back at work and again didn't get very much.
DH looked over the pump and parts last night and he thinks nothing is broken. There are drops of milk in the tubing though (I guess the 'barrier' wasn't in properly once or twice). Do you think that affects it? Do they sell the lansinoh or Ameda pump parts at Target or BRU? I have the Ameda Purely Yours, but have heard the lansinoh ones work as well. I'm willing to give it a try.
I'm trying to drink more water, eat more calories (I lost 4 pounds over the last two weeks not really doing anything), taking fennugreek, eating oatmeal, etc. Anything else I can do? What's the lactation cookies recipe?
It could be AF too. Although I haven't had any cramping or anything. This would be my first one PP. How long does AF affect supply?
