Recommend your small diaper/day bag

I am sick of carting around my giant diaper bag! DD is 2 so we don't need as much for her when we go out. I would like a smaller bag just to carry some diapers, wipes, snacks, a sippy, maybe a change of clothes for her and my wallet, phone, and keys. External pockets would be a plus and at least one insulated pocket.

I really do love my Petunia Pickle Bottom touring tote.  Super cute, on the smaller side, with great pockets.
