The showing went spectacularly well, if you believe the realtor.

She called me as they were leaving and said "we just left your property. We'd like to thank you for having the house in such wonderful shape for showing. It shows BEAUTIFULLY, and they like it very much. We just wanted to sit down in front of the fire."

They were looking at 8 houses that day, which leads me to believe that they are from out of town. She said that they would call me if there were any questions or whatever.

I plan to call her this afternoon for a status update.

Did she ask if you had any offers? Or if there were any other interested parties?

Do you have it for sale by owner?

No asking about offers. I left them a note saying that we'd had an offer fall through due to financing-- I had to explain the millions of boxes in the garage.

It's FSBO, but I have it on the MLS. My mom was a realtor for 10 years, so I know the drill, but she isn't licensed in MD.
