Diaper rash (yeast) remedies anyone?

I am calling the doc but wondered if you know of any natural remedies for a nasty rash on the butt. Can't get rid of it and thinking its yeast.

    Give a bath with warm water and about 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda added. It seemed to help with DD1's diaper rashes more than anything.

    lotrimin cream, not exactly a natural remedy but worked for my DS when he had a yeast rash

    So the tushie in a baking soda bath.  Warm water with 2-3 TBSP of baking soda.  Lotrimin cream applied first to the bottom and then neosporin about 4-6 times a day.

    DS gets yeast rashes all the time from antibiotics he is on for ear infections and such.  Doc recomended the remedy above.
