Do you think I need to pump?

DD and I have thrush and she seems to have a decreased appetite-she last ate at 2:15 and is currently sleeping.  I offered her the boob at 5:30 but she was not interested (and whomever said don't wake a sleeping baby is right-it was so hard to get her back to sleep b/c she got so worked up).  I expect that she will want to eat when she wakes up next-on her own-but do you think I need to pump?  I've seen some conflicting things that indicate a change in feeding patterns one day won't affect supply but I wasn't sure.  She is 24 days old.  Thanks!
