Lansinoh Customer Service PSA

I've heard such great things about Lansinoh customer service and was so disappointed when I called this morning. The motor in my pump is dying a slow death so I called to see if they would do anything for me. They wouldn't since I didn't have my receipt. In hindsight, I should have saved it but I figured that once the box was open I couldn't return it so I didn't need it. Now I'm stuck with a pump that broke after 6 only months and I had to order a new one this morning. Hopefully, the old one hangs on until the new one arrives.

Save your receipts, ladies.

  • I would suggest maybe calling back and talking to someone else.  I just called and let them know that one side isn't pumping properly (the diaphragm is not expanding all the way) and they immediately took my name and address to send me a new set of parts.  Didn't even ask me how long I've owned the machine or anything.  Maybe it's different for the pump since it is likely more expensive, but it might be worth calling back.

    Not sure where you purchased the unit, but maybe you could get a duplicate receipt?  Good luck!

  • This is a little late but did you buy your first one with a Credit card?  Would that be receipt enough?
